The Maruti Suzuki Invicto MPV is a rebadged version of the Toyota Innova Hycross. The Innova Hycross is a third-generation vehicle of the Toyota Innova. The Toyota Innova is a series of MPVs manufactured by Toyota since 2004. The Innova Hycross is the name of the vehicle that launched in India on November 2, 2022.

The Maruti Suzuki Invicto is a 7-seater MPV and it will be the flagship model of Maruti Suzuki after the launch. Maruti has made some changes to help differentiate it from Toyota’s version.

The MPV features a new trapezoidal grille with a chrome bar and a redesigned front bumper with LED daytime running lights. It is also equipped with newly designed alloy wheels.

Maruti Suzuki ‘ENGAGE’

Maruti Suzuki has lined up the launch of the new MVP, ‘Engage’ on 5 July. In a recent development, the Engage MVP was spotted doing a test drive outside one of Maruti’s plants.

Previously, we covered the specs and features of ‘Engage’ when the launch date was announced.

The leaked test drive shots leave us with new speculations. Although the car was heavily camouflaged, the person shooting the video spotted H26 on the nameplate. This nameplate is used by Maruti.

Conclusions can be drawn that although the car, alleged to be Engage, had a similar lamp design as the Innova Hycross, it is also partly similar to the Baleno. Adding to it, the alloy wheel design is not exactly similar to the Innova Hycross.

We already reported earlier about the expected interior and exterior features. In recent developments, rumors state noticing JBL sound system, panoramic sunroof, powered tailgate, Ottoman seats, ADAS, etc.

Maruti, is a company that has always manufactured cars that the average car-driving man can afford. However, as a car manufacturing company, they also had to show high-end premium cars, keeping in mind the dynamic market maturity.

This led them to manufacture premium cars. They started off with the Grand Vitara and are now on their way to launch the MVP Engage. So far reports have expressed that ‘Engage’ would be a rebadging of Innova HyCross but with a lot of new, additional, and enhanced features.

The new MPV from Maruti is being jointly developed with Toyota. This MPV will be a sister product to the popular Innova Hycross.

The Innova Hycross is a third-generation vehicle of the Toyota Innova. The Toyota Innova is a series of MPVs manufactured by Toyota since 2004. The Innova Hycross is the name of the vehicle launched in India on November 2, 2022. The same model was released in another market with different names.

The new MPV from Maruti will get styling elements that will differ from the Innova Hycross. This new MPV from Maruti is expected to go on sale by late July this year based on some rumours.

As we delve into further rumours, the leaked design of the upcoming MPV reveals a new grille with a honeycomb mesh pattern outlined by chrome trim. These two horizontal chrome bars run right through the centre of the grille and join the headlamps at either end.

The front side will feature changes like tweaking in the front bumper and the presence of a prominent lip with a faux brushed aluminium finish. These features might remind you of the Suzuki Grand Vitara, which is a subcompact crossover SUV developed by Suzuki and produced by Toyota in India in 2022.

A minor change is going to happen to the rear bumper as well. The headlamps and the tail lamps are not expected to undergo any change. The internals and the graphics are definitely going to have some sort of differences.

This new MPV is going to be the first rebadged Toyota for Maruti. Since the Toyota-Suzuki alliance in 2017, the vehicles that Suzuki produced, like the Vitara Brezza compact SUV and Baleno, are cross-badged and sold as the Toyota Urban Cruiser and the Glanza, respectively, in India.

The latest-gen Baleno, Ciaz, Ertiga and Celerio are sold as Toyotas in the South African and Middle East markets. Now the upcoming MPV will be the first Toyota vehicle that will be rebadged for Maruti Suzuki.

We are living in a period of time when human civilization is on the brink of fall and that’s because of the irreversible damage that we are causing to nature. This has not only been recognized at the global level but countries are coming forth to take steps that will not be able to change the fate but at least reduce its effect.

One of the steps that Japan’s firm Suzuki in India has taken in parallel with India’s vision to achieve carbon neutrality by 2070 is the production of fuel from cow dung. It’s going to expand its domain in the biogas industry which will revolutionize the fuel sector.

On January 26 the firm said that its expansion strategy calls for gasoline made from cow excreta. They are going to look at the production and distribution of biogas made from cow manure in India. Suzuki is in talks with the dairy sector for amassing the raw material required for this step.

If we talk about the step involved in the production of biogas it is produced anaerobically by anaerobic bacteria. The cow dung along with anaerobic bacteria is kept in airtight containers that don’t let oxygen enter. The bacteria feed on cow dung and that leads to the production of gases like methane, carbon dioxide, and other gases. The gases are treated and contaminants are removed. This eventually leads to the increased methane concentration that is compressed and used as natural gas.
